FAQ
Can you provide invoices for remedial massage for private health insurance claims?
Yes. Once your remedial massage session is finished and payment is completed, you will receive a paid invoice.
If you wish to claim through private health insurance for remedial massage, I can also issue a paid invoice after your treatment.
Please note that I do not have a HICAPS machine, so claims need to be submitted directly to your insurance provider.
Can I take a massage during pregnacy?
Yes, pregnacy massage is generally considered safe. Most GPs advise that massage is suitable after 16 weeks, once you are in the more stable second trimester.
Because the body is still adjusting in early pregnacy, it is best to avoid strong or deep massage during the first trimester. I recommend checking with your Gp who can advice based on your individual pregnacy and medical history before starting massage.
Is it okay if I have never experienced sound healing before?
Absolutely! Sound healing is gentle and non-invasive, so even if it’s your first time, you will feel comfortable and safe. I will guide you through the process, show you how it works, and make sure you feel comfortable and supported throughout.
I am not Hindu, but can I still participate in OM chanting?
Of course! OM chanting is designed by Paramahamsa Sri Swami Vishwananda to be accessible to everyone, regardless of religious background. You don’t need to be Hindu to join (I come from a Shinto background).
For reference, I personally enjoy working with the energy of the Pillar of Light, which also connects to a feeling of love for the Devine. OM chanting is done as a group activity, not a soliatry meditation, so everyone can partcipate together and share the expericence.
